The Reasons for Tooth Correction in Adults
Regarding tooth correction in adults, we aim for several goals at the same time:
- An optimal treatment result that meets functional aspects as well as esthetic requirements.
- Esthetic treatment option: almost invisible treatment appliances / aligner systems, depending on individual dental and patient requirements (see also: invisible braces)
- A gentle and pain-free treatment for correcting toot misalignments
- Short treatment times and as few treatment appointments as possible

Almost Invisible Treatment Options
In most cases, in adult tooth correction, we use transparent and thus almost invisible orthodontic systems (so-called aligners) such as Invisalign® or Orthocaps® or fixed appliances.
Our fixed appliances are also very unobtrusive due to the use of modern, high-quality ceramic brackets. The lingual technique is even less visible. Here, small brackets are attached to the inner sides of the teeth. All our treatment options are very effective, tooth-friendly and pain-free.
